Product Overview
The ICT (In-Circuit Test) automatic tester is a core testing system used in PCBA manufacturing processes in the electronics industry.
The equipment uses precision test probes to contact preset test points on the PCB assembly and performs static electrical measurements to verify component and circuit conditions without powering on the board.
It accurately identifies manufacturing defects such as open circuits, short circuits, missing components, incorrect component placement, parameter deviations, and soldering defects.
Through real-time visualization of fault locations and defective component information, the system significantly reduces manual troubleshooting effort and is widely used for quality control in SMT production lines.
